Re-Enter passowrd on mail profile

Hi all,
does anyone have any idea why would I need to re-enter password for my iOS mobile device?

Device is already enrolled and managed by Intune and I need to re-enter password every now and then.
This only affects iOS users and not Android users.

Does anyone have any idea what could be the setting causing this?

    To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

    1. On which app is this happening? Outlook app or iOS native mail App?
    2. Does this situation occur in unenrolled iOS devices? I find someone discussed this issue in Apple Community forum:
