Authent app doesn't work. New phone with no access to old phone.
I had my personal account (this account) and my business account set up on/through the authenticator app. Everything worked fine. I lost my phone and got a new one. I restored from iCloud. Now when I go to sign in to my personal account it sends a code to the authenticator app on my new phone and I can sign in no problem. When I try to sign in to my business account it tries to send a code to the authenticator app but nothing shows up. It's like it doesn't recognize the new device. Because of this I cannot login to my business account at all. Every single thing I try takes me back to the authenticator app and nothing registers on there. I am also unable to login to the admin center (I AM THE ADMIN) for the same reason. I have spent countless hours on chat with support and on the phone and they have no idea what to do. They constantly send me links that require me to login to my account which I cannot do. I couldn't login to my business account to write this! Please help!
