IIS website not accessible in windows server 2019

I am trying to host a simple website in IIS I can access it locally with no issue but when i got to the internet i get nordstromfamily.net took too long to respond error in my browser I checked my firewall added the correct rules in for both windows firewall and my main firewall i even disabled windows firewall i know it is not a port forwarding issue i also checked ping and i can ping my domain name from the internet and all my friend can ping it too i dont know what i need to do

    Not able to access that, can you try the following:

    1. Add 1 Host (A) record in your public DNS, something like www.nordstromfamily.net or mysite.nordstromfamily.net
    2. Map this A record to your firewall/router public IP address
    3. Perform the port forwarding of 80 to your web server internal IP
    4. flushdns from your end and try browse to it

    I already have a record in my dns i think i use dynamic dns and as i said i can ping the domain and use vpn and people can access my game servers such as Minecraft through that domain so it cant be dns can it?

    i cant imagine it being dns routing being a problem since i can ping the domain and if i do a trace rt for the domain name the correct ip back
    the website binding is bound to the internal ip address of the network card and the ip on the firewall for both windows and my network edge have been forwarded i tried with both windows firewall on with allow rules and off no change

    nevermind i figured it out

    i had and outbound rule on my main firewall that was creating an interenal loop back
