Cant merge microsoft dashboard account to microsoft learn for az-104 certificate renewal

Hi Support,

Can't merge the Microsoft dashboard account to Microsoft learns for the az-104 certificate renewal. Have tried since last week, but still can't log in with Microsoft learn. (Your Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification expires on November 23 2022 11:59 PM (UTC), and it’s now eligible for renewal).
