Inside Language Service, the "Enable Custom text classification" checkbox is disabled.

I have created a Language Service where I want to use Custom text classification. When I go into Features to enable this feature the checkbox is grayed out. There is an error message above the checkbox which says the feature is not available in my region. I have tried both East US and West US and I still cannot check the feature even though it is available in these regions according to the documentation.

    After deleting and re-creating the Language service several times, the error message disappeared and the option was checked and disabled by default. This allowed me to continue the tutorial and actually get Custom Text Classification working in Language Studio. Hopefully some of these annoying bugs will get worked out as the product matures.
