When I try to view the basic information user in Azure Active Directory, I get the message "ajaxExtended call failed" and cannot open it. Is this not authorized? I have a personal Microsoft account.

Thanks for reaching out. Are you still facing the issue?
Are you trying to view user's information through Azure portal? Have you tried signing in through any another browser? If that still doesn't fix the issue, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies, or log in again with an incognito window.
Are you facing issue while accessing user's information or other details as well?
