window is hiding in an imaginary screen W11 and cannot be focused

there is a spesific program I can't access. after I open it I can see the logo on the taskbar , I can see the actual window open if I click Win+Tab but I cant focus on it from some reason.
when I try to focus on it (after Win-key + Tab) I see the window go sideways to an Imaginary screen I dont have (I work with 2 screens and it go to the right to a 3ed one).

I tryed restaring and fixing the window to the left (from win+tab) and it didnt helped

why is this happening and how can I fix it?

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to particular Program can not be focused.

    1. Please try set compatibility mode of that program to Winodws 8.1 or Windows 10.
    2. Please upgrade Display Driver.
    3. Please try to Uninstall and install latest version of that Program
      and also cleanup Temp and Cache folders
      C:\Windows\Temp
      %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
    4. Please Run the System maintenance troubleshooter .
    5. Please try to check with Different user profile.
