link your MCP profile to a partner organization

I am slowly losing my mind. I am just trying to associate my account with my company but there is no way to do so in the Partner Center. in the first image you can see that the man went to his account details and low and behold it gives you the option to associate your account. I however do not have this option in the partner center, I cante even seem to get to this page in the second photo. Please help!?23039-annotation-2020-09-07-192218.png23121-partner-center.png

    Partner Center guidance has their own support forums. I'd try asking for help in dedicated forums here.
