Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Downloading Problem

Question

Hello, first of all.

I tried many times download C++ 2015-2019 but it gives me error every times. When I tried to download it, it says ''vc_runtimeminimum_x64 msi''. I tried couple solutions but it doesn't solved. I downloaded Visual Studio 2017 and 2019, deleted all old C++ versions, windows update fix it but they didn't help me. Also I tried to download C++ 2017 but it gives me same problem. Here is my log:

If you notice, the log you posted states:

so it detects that you have the Visual C++ 2017 redistributable installed. If the redistributable is failing to remove this, you should do that manually.

If you can't for whatever reason, you should get the 14.14 version of the redistributable, you need this EXACT version, and then use this redistributable to uninstall it. If you can't readily get your hands on this, unfortunately you will need to get Visual Studio 2017 and make sure that you install the 14.14 toolset to get the redistributable to install.

Could you please go to Windows Update to check if there are any pending Windows Updates? Then, re-download the Visual C++ Redistributable here and try again. If you have any issues about Windows Update, please fix it by referring to: Troubleshoot problems updating Windows 10.
