Server 2016 task scheduler not working

We have several task that was working in server 2012, but the same jobs in server 2016 they are not working at all. I am watching it at the scheduler time and the task did not run at all.

I have been seeing there is a bug for this issue, what is the fix for this???

    I deleted the tasks, recreated using admin account and still doesn't work. I literally schedule it 5 mins from now and watching it, nothing happens. What is the fix? this was not an issue in server 2012, it is only on 2016 and 2019
