Query on Authenication

Hello All

I am using exchange 2016 hybrid environment. I have my users created in onprem and synced to Azure AD. I have couple of service accounts which are used in applications and they are using Basic Authentication. As per Microsoft documentation Microsoft is retiring Basic Authentication. I am not sure how to convert these service accounts from Basic Authentication to Modern Authentication. Experts guide me and also how can i know how many user accounts are using basic authentication in my tenant.
