Hi Guys,

we are trying to upgrade OS of a Win 1909 machine to Win 20H2. i have used the task sequence in Config Mgr., but it keeps failing.
the error indicate that it doesnt have access to the source location.
Even i have tried to add the network access account but it keeps failing.
the DP is set to use https and all the cert authentication is working fine.

Is only this failing or other apps as well?

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft MEM Q&A forum.

1,What version of Configuration Manager and Windows ADK you are using? To support Windows 10 20H2, please upgrade to Configuration Manager version 2010, Windows ADK Windows 10 version 2004 (10.1.19041) or later.

2,Can we manually upgrade to Windows 10 20H2 from the problematic Windows 10 1909 clients?

    DEPLOY WINDOWS 10 20H2 USING SCCM/MEMCM
Note: This is non-Microsoft link, just for your reference.

    Best regards,
    Simon
