Did not received AZ - 305 Certificate after passing the exam

I tried to get support from Microsoft as i have not received my AZ305 certificate after clearing the exam. Its been 4 days from clearing the exam

Kindly look into this & help me out.

In the below Tags i am unable to find Azure Certification team. Hence I have tagged the Azure Backup team for Q&A creation
