The number of devices reporting that they require an update is not in any way linked to what you have in your collection (regardless of whether or not an ADR's deployment is targeting that collection). The devices in your collection are based on that collection's membership rules and only these devices will receive the deployment.
Prevent SCCM to deploy Windows 11 upgrade on Windows 10 endpoints

Hello Everyone,
While going through the ARD rules in SCCM, I came across something that scared me a bit.
I have the rules split up and targeting different collections. For Windows 11, Preview updates tells me that Uprgrade to Windows 11 requires 304 devices, but in the collection this ADR is targeting I only have 4 devices running Windows 11. How is it possible that the upgrade wants 304 devices? Isn't Windows 11 being installed on compliant devices across the company?
Thank everyone Thank you all for your time
