Hello,
do you guys have any idea as of why a wrong profile picture is displayed when receiving an email message?
If user A sends me a mail then user B sends me another mail I will see user B email notification with the user A's profile picture....
I found this post on Citrix Forums but nobody seems to have a clear idea: https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/406882-outlook-toast-notification-shows-wrong-photo-when-using-wem-profile-management/
I tried deleting the content of the Action Center cache directory (%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\ActionCenterCache), but it dind't help.

2022-12-13T08:44:54.31+00:00 A customer of ours has the exact same issue. It only appears the toast notification in Windows on the RDS Servers. We already emptied the path "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\ActionCenterCache*", but unfortunately this has no results..

According to my search, the issue occurs brecause the "Link Contacts".
- Right click the wrong image and choose "Open Contact Card".
- Click the 3 dots under name in the card and click Link Contacts. If someone is linked, there will be an X to the right of his name to unlink.
- Left 1 contact (the right one) and click OK, restart Outlook and see if the issue continues.

Unfortunately the issue hasn't been resolved yet as there are no linked contacts in the "Link contacts..." menu.
