O365 unlicensed product

Hi all,

We are using a business application that connects the user to a specific server. In the server, we also installed Office which permits users to export some Excel sheets, and print or edit them.
Randomly, the license of Office 365 disappears and error messages are displayed:

Same issue as mentioned in this article : [Another account is already signed in computer when signing in to Office 2013 - Office | Microsoft Learn][3]

We tried all the proposed solutions without success.

The only solution provided as a workaround is to reset the user RDP session, but the issue reappears again.
I'm guessing that you could be talking about connections and not apps. The Remote Desktop (RDS) CAL's (Client Access Licenses) are typically just 2 by standard, on MS server software. But this concerns connections to servers and isn't related to Office 365, but the server OS.

Note: Our users are using this license on their own devices, without any problem with a license.

    O365 is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Office 365 actively monitors questions over at
