AZ-900 certification Exam Issues

I am attempting to take the Azure Fundamentals Certification exam. I am using the provided study material from here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/exams/az-900?tab=tab-learning-paths, and watching videos by Adam Marczak: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGjZwEtPN7j-Q59JYso3L4_yoCjj2syrM, which I'm not sure are out of date with the exam prep or not.

The main thing is that I was going over the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals - Skills Measured: https://query.prod.cms.rt.microsoft.com/cms/api/am/binary/RE3VwUY, and I am unclear on what is up to date in the study material. What I mean is, are the stuff on the second half, after the table still on the exam, even if it's not shown in the updated points?
