After completing Az-400 exam i didn't received any mail confirmation or certification badge in my dashboard.

Hi Team,

I passed the AZ-400 exam recently but I didn't receive any mail confirmation or certification badge on my dashboard. I already cleared the prerequisite Azure Administrator exam.
Kindly help me to get my certificate.
