Malware in www root folder

Hi,

We have Exchange Server 2016 CU 22 installed in our organisation. Sophos antivirus continuously detecting & cleaning "xml/web agent-a" in 'inetpub/wwwroot' folder.
What is the impact of this malware & how we can get completely rid of it.
