facing issue to download my microsoft certificate

Hai
I am Swetha T . In the month of march I competed my Microsoft exam PL-900 now I am unable to download it . While now login I got new MCID now I want my certificate profile so how to merge the two Microsoft account.

Please guide me through this. I want my certificate and my profile to done one more exam.
