Link Certiport to MS Learn

I have a Certiport account with MTA Server Administration Fundamentals which I would like linked to my Microsoft Learn account. I think I have a duplicate/orphaned account due to different address possibly when I signed up for the exam.

I can provide existing MCID and Certiport ID if that helps.
