Exchange 2013 on prem cluster and data bases are used. Constantly some of the data bases are disconnected and the status "Connection removed" is shown in the local Exchange admin center.
Error message from the Application logs:
DB06: Failed to verify log range read from file "Z....log" at offset 163840 for 4096 bytes due to range checksum inconsistency. Error - 501 (0xfffffe0b) on read operation.
The issue exists since 1 month.
