Windows Update and then a missing Local Account

Today, according to the Update History, I have updated the following:

2023-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5026372).

Before the update, I used to have an Admin account and a local account.

After the update, I only have the Admin account and the local account is missing.

What happened to my local account and how do I get it back?

Does the update have something to do with it?

I am likely experiencing the same issue.

I see Ivan responded with a way to check if other user accounts exist, and I can say that upon checking, I not only don't have other user accounts listed, but I also am unable to [Add Account].
