Why can't I connect to azure SQL database through azure Data Studio

If you are trying to connect from a company network make sure TCP port 1433 is not blocked. You can also try to connect outside the corporate network using a WIFI intended for guests.

Make sure Windows Firewall or other security software do not have port 1433 blocked also.

Add your client IP address on the list of trusted IP addresses on Azure SQL firewall.
