Unable to take exam renewal for SC-300

Question

Hi,
I am trying to renew my Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification.

When I go to the renewal page and click, see if you are eligible:

I get the following every time.

I have tried to different browsers and on difference desktops.
