Create custom mmc without consoleroot

On google, I do find the ways to create custom mmc , and ways to add the Snapins
but I like to create a ".msc" file without the consoleroot asit shows in the screen below

    Please kindly try below steps and see if it meet your requirement.

    1. Open MMC and then choose the snap-in you would like to add.
    2. After add the snap-in node, then right click this node to choose "New Window from Here"

    MMC always shows the Console Root. Even if you open it with no snap-in, you will still see the Console Root. Snap ins are only added under it, and several could be loaded at the same time and they would all be under the console root which is simply the root of the tree.
