I am unable to validate my domain in Azure AD B2C.

Microsoft says if your domain is already configured with other Azure AD or Microsoft services then it wont allow you to add the domain but this is not the case for me.

Looking forward to suggestions.

Thanks

    Hi @ketan.gohil ,

I understand that you are having issues validating or verifying your domain in Azure AD B2C. There are a few things I would check for this scenario:

    1) Ensure that you are verifying the custom domain for the Azure AD B2C tenant itself and not for the default Azure AD. (See related issue here and documentation here.)

    2) If you are verifying a child domain/subdomain, make sure that the parent domain is verified first.

    3) Wait at least an hour and try again. DNS records must propagate before Azure AD can verify the domain. This process can take an hour or more.

    4) Make sure the DNS record is correct. Go back to the domain name registrar site. Make sure the entry is there, and that it matches the DNS entry information provided by Azure AD.

    5) Review the additional troubleshooting steps in Common Verification Issues.

If you are still having this issue after trying these steps, please share the error you are receiving and correlation ID.
