Where can I find usage descriptions of Desktop Resource View's Dialog menu item's dropdown menu items?

For the Desktop a .rc resource script creates controls. The Resource View shows a list of types of resources. The Dialog item can be expanded to show the menu items shown in . I have found sample code that implements the IDD_PROPPAGE_LARGE (see ''). But not for the IDD_FORMVIEW menu item. The implementation description for the IDD_PROPPAGE_LARGE item I found here: mfc_property_sheets.htm.
