Windows Autopilot Provisioning

I'm having issues with making the Windows Autopilot provisioning work with a new computer. What I'm trying to do is use the "Technician flow" during the OOBE by pressing the Windows key five times to view the additional options dialog:

I then select the Windows Autopilot provisioning option and press continue and reach the following page:

Which shows the proper organization and deployment profile, but the user is listed as "Not Assigned", however I've verified under Windows Autopilot devices that I am the user assigned to this device, so I have no clue as to why the "Assigned user" field continues to show up as "Not assigned"

If anyone can clue me in as to what I am missing, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to test deploy a workstation with a user pre-assigned to it, and if I can just figure out what I need to do to make this happen I would be extremely happy.

Thanks,

Ted Walker

@Ted_Walker , In General, to avoid the reuse of hardware components issue, the Windows Autopilot sign-in and deployment experience is changed. Microsoft Endpoint Manager no longer pre-fills any user information for Autopilot device. But this change does not impact user assigned policies and apps which are still deployed to the device when a licensed user is assigned. We can see more details in the following links:

So for your situation, it is normal, we can continue. Hope it can help.
