Exam Rescheduling Option Request due to Techinical Issue

I was about to start my Exam (Microsoft AZ:104), but after verifications and photo clicks my laptop crashed and restarted. I was not able to start the exam at the scheduled time i.e. 5:45 PM IST on 16th June 2022.
Kindly, provide me with an option to reschedule the exam to another date.
I also called multiple times on customer care number( 0008004401837), but they are saying call back after few hours every time due to network issues at there side.
