Encrypted message doesn't show correctly in sent items
I have a user in my organization that sends a daily encrypted email to certain recipients. She usually replies to the email daily to cut down on having to recreate it. For a few days, the encrypted, sent email didn't show correctly. It had an attached .rpmsg file and the subject showed:
"This message is protected with Microsoft Information Protection. You can open it using Microsoft Outlook, which is available for iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac OS. Get Outlook for your device here: <weblink>
Microsoft Information Protection allows you to ensure your emails can't be copied or forwarded without your permission. Learn more at <weblink>"
I assume this happened as she replied to her original encrypted email too many times. Can you share any insight? She was able to resolve the error by creating an entirely new encrypted email and sending that (which showed correctly in her sent items).
