Will the ingress/egress costs of a Azure Storage Account be impacted by the size of the storage account?

Question

I am using an Azure Storage Account, Data Lake Storage Gen V2. I was wondering if the used capacity in the storage account, and dramatically reducing the used capacity in the storage account, would lead to decreases in the ingress/egress costs. Thank you!

No, the ingress/egress costs of a Azure Storage Account be impacted by the size of the storage account.

Note: Data Storage and transactions (Ingress/egress) is unrelated to used capacity.
