Unable to make external calls through Teams desktop client

I have a colleague who reported this issue to us today
User is able to make outbound (PSTN calls) through Teams Web client but when she is trying to make calls through Teams Desktop it is getting failed.
We have reinstalled the Teams Desktop client, Also the cache has been cleared already.
Configuration is also good but issue still persists.
Also We found that the number and details (policies) in Admin center and Powershell are different.
Please see the attached screenshot for the same.
"There is no error message but for external calls , after 10 seconds user cannot hear the person although the call is not disconnected.
When user call an external number, the call goes through. However, once someone picks up, the call is disconnected."
Issue is happening with user only.
