I had to create a new profile due to a new email. Can you help me bring my certifications to my new profile?

Question

I am at a new school and have a new email, I cannot access the old email or the old profile. I created a new profile today but cannot see any of the previous certificates/badges that I have earned. Can you help me consolidate my accounts/profiles?
