Hi,

how to change regional format settings in Excel for the web through API?

On https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-regional-format-settings-in-excel-for-the-web-c206344b-0d45-4a82-8eee-34ff6b008e9c there is a description how each user
can change that setting but in environments with 1000s of Web Excel users that is highly impractical to ask them to manually update that setting when they start using Web Excel.
