we have an issue in outlook App eorr message unable to login.
native exchnage active sync in mobile is working fine only issue with outlook app
where are the mailboxes hosted. On premise exchange or exchange online?
Any update about this thread? Are you using Exchange online or Exchange on-premises? What error when you try to log in Outlook for mobile?
I'm having this issue in my organization also. On Prem EX2016. Native mail apps work fine on iOS and Android. Anybody figure out how to fix? We tried updating the app, but no luck.
Same exact issue for our organization started today June 22 around noon EST. We have on prem exchange 16.
iPhone users can connect through EWS with the built in mail client but the iPhone outlook app will not connect.
Symptoms start as email not updating with no error message. If you delete the account and try to add an account, the error message is simply “unable to login” with the close button. If you attempt to login with the wrong password, the error reads “unable to login” check username and password with a close and learn more button.
I have not yet checked the server logs but I feel the problem is with the mobile outlook app.

I got the same issue as well. hopefully it will become better on 15th july
