    Hello @Ntantidakis Nikos ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A platform. Happy to answer your question.

I understand your issue, do not worry i will try my level best to help you resolve this issue. Looking at the errors, it appears to be an issue with permissions (Just going by the ajax errors).

    Errors:
Failed to get support plan information'
Not authorized to get support plans information for the subscription

From your verbatim, I understand you were able to create support request earlier under the same subscription with the same account which is giving this problem now. I need some details from you on this

Just to confirm, where there any recent RBAC changes under for this subscription?
What are roles assigned to your account currently?
What kind of support plan is purchased for this subscription? You can check under Azure portal-> Help +support->Support plans

Some of the RBAC roles that gives the ability to raise support case other than Owner, Global administrator or contributor are:

    Quota Request Operator
    Resource Policy Contributor
    Resource Policy Contributor

    Reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/built-in-roles

    Awaiting your response.
