Hi @Anonymous ,
You could open the next url. If you find any subscriptions, just cancel it. Probably, it takes 48-72 hours when the changes are showing in Azure.

When I try to delete tenants, Azure claims I need to Delete all license-based subscriptions. Where do I find teh license based subscriptions thatare preventing Azure from dropping these tenants?

Thank you for your post and I apologize for the delayed response!
When it comes to deleting your tenant and running into the Delete all license-based subscriptions
error, can you make sure you don't have any subscriptions within your Azure Portal or Microsoft 365 portal.
Microsoft 365 - https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/subscriptions
Azure Portal - https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Billing/SubscriptionsBlade
If you don't have any active subscriptions and are still having issues deleting your tenant, I'd recommend creating a support request with our Subscriptions Management team similar to the below.
If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
