In Azure console sometimes showing data disk as not encrypted

When we run our CI/CD pipeline for running ADE on Vm disks (OS & Datadisk) but most of time OS disk encrypted but data disk not encrypted, and we are using PowerShell commands so is there any specific reason behind this problem. May I know the reason behind that. 212908-data.jpg
