Solved Wireless Desktop 900 monitor waking issue

After experiencing and reading of no solution to the USB dongle on the Microsoft Wireless Desktop 900 constantly waking up the monitor. I finally found it. Go to Device Manager. Go to Human Interface Devices Open Microsoft Hardware USB Mouse Click on Power Management Tab Disable the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" Ta-freaking-Da!
