I am getting a message "You have not accepted any The Diabetes Dept. terms of use."
(My company is the diabetes dept. )

I cannot see anywhere to accept terms of use.

Since purchasing the MS 365 licence for my new Mac Book Pro I have not been able to edit any files, share my teams account etc.
I have spent 5 hours on MS support trying to resolve this and no-on ehas been able to help.

Could this be my problem?

I would really appreciate some help. I am not tech and this is causing a lot of distress and business issues!!

I am not even sure if this is the right place but was directed here from MS support

MAny Thanks, Siobhan

This is generally caused by the Terms of Use functionality in Azure AD. In most cases it would prompt you continuously to accept the terms every time you sign in.

Can you try the steps below to check if anything has been accepted or not? Also, when you try these steps and go get a prompt to accept the terms of use, you probably want to accept them after carefully reading them.

    Sign in to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/.
    Select Settings & Privacy.
    Select Privacy.
Under Organization's notice, select View next to the terms of use statement you want to review.

If none of this shows any useful information you need to reach out to your orgs Azure AD or Microsoft 365 administrators, generally someone from an IT department.
