How to migrate my certifications to a new email address

Hi,

My Microsoft account what I have used for certifications, is wmverboom@casema.nl.
Now I want to migrate the information to a new email address w.m.verboom@harsh.com .com, because I take another internet proider.
How can I arrange it?
