Cannot modify position setting for an image in Rich Text in non-IE browsers.

It's a known issue which was there when publishing the first version of SharePoint 2013.
Workaround
- You can insert space chars or other char in the front of the image for changing its position
- You can use IE for changing its position

Thanks for your comment. In this thread we would focus on the abnormal behavior of the position function, for an image inserted in a list item (rich text with pictures).
