Teams direct routing

Hello

We have a user who when we call his direct number (+44 131xxxxxx) it says that the number is not in use.

This was working but has now stopped.

I have removed the users phone number, and added it back onto the users account and it now shows as:

LineUri : +44131xxxxxx

Checking the users call settings and there are no errors I can see there, and it matches other working users.

I checked and there is no translation done on the number and it has now been updated to match the rest of the working users numbers.

I have tested this and im still getting the issue where the number is listed as not in service when dialing.

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038 ,

    Is this a new user? If it is are you able to confirm if they are able to make outbound calls?

    If this number has not been used before it might be that the number is no on the block of DDI's that is assigned to your account with the Telco.

    As a first step I would confirm with the telco if the number is assigned to your account, once confirmed ask them if they receiving a 404 from teams when the number is dialed.

    Checking the above will rule out any issue on the telco side or SBC.
