@Nagasai Andra , Yes, Google has removed the serial number, IMEI, and MEID on personally-owned work profile devices. If your organization has blocked all the personal device to enroll, it will be affected.

For your situation, maybe we can create a new enrollment device platform restrictions policy which allow to do personal enrollment with a higher precedence and assign it to the users who need to do personally device enroll to make it works.
If the above suggestion is not allowed in your environment, based as I know, the only method for these device now is to use QR code to enroll as a corporate device. For other method, there's no yet. But you can feedback to Intune uservocie to see if it can have one in the future:
