Connect to iOS device wizard

A couple of days ago I saw something that I had never seen before: When I clicked on Run (Debug + iPhone) a wizard showed up, helping to connact to my iOS device (It started by asking me to connect the device via USB ... ) It failed at that time because I had troubles with the signing/provisioning.

Now I can't find out how to start that wizard again. I can only debug on my iOS devices via their connection to my mac. It would be nice to be able to have the debugging happen directly from VS 2022 in windows.

How do I restart the iOS connection wizard ?
