To help us narrow down the issue you are facing kindly try the troubleshooting steps below:
Check Your Internet Connection:
- Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes translation services require an active connection.
Check Translation Settings:
- In Outlook, go to Settings > View All Outlook Settings.
- Open Email > Message Handling.
- Scroll down to the Translation section and turn on "Always Translate".
Remove and Re-add Translator Add-in:
- Remove the Translator add-in from Outlook and then re-add it.
- If you’re using an Office 365 business account, consider running the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant tool to check for any client issues.
Repair your Outlook:
Repair an Office application - Microsoft Support
Uninstall and Reinstall Office 365 (if needed):
- If none of the above steps work, consider uninstalling Office 365 completely.
- Visit the Office 365 web portal to download and install the latest version.
Remember to test the translator after each step to see if the issue is resolved.
