Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Dear Lewis Pate,
Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.
I understand that you're trying to set up a personal email address in Outlook and it's causing you problems, and I understand how you feel.
First, I want to explain that individual users cannot customize domains, and starting November 30, 2023, Microsoft 365 subscribers will no longer be able to create new email addresses for any of the personalized domains associated with their Outlook.com mailboxes.
For more information, see the following link: Get a personalized email address in Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Support
If you want to use a customized domain, you may need to purchase Microsoft 365 Business.
Microsoft Community is a community forum for individual users, we're not too sure about the enterprise products and specific features, you could try contacting customer support for more information on that.
- Open the website: Contact - Microsoft Support
- Enter MSA in the box below "We're here for you", click "Get Instructions", and then click "Contact Customer Support" below, (this status must be logged in to your Microsoft account, if you haven't logged in, you can follow step 3)
- In this section, you need to sign in to your personal Microsoft account
Note: You can only log in with your personal MSA, and you can't display the correct content when you log in with your company account. If the account cannot be logged in, you can use another account or create a new account to execute;
- Select "Other Products" in Products & Services, select "Manage Account Security" as a category, and click Confirm
- You can select "Chat in a web browser and support specialist" to enter the chat window.
Please contact support during business hours.
If I misunderstand what you mean, please correct me when I reply.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Have a great day.
Best Regards,
