Hello Austin H,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Support Community

Please, which office product/version are you trying to transfer?

Secondly, office product keys are tied to the first computer you installed them on and cannot be reinstalled on another PC (except office 2019 and 2021).

The Office service you can move as such is Microsoft Office 365 (2019 and 2021), if they are purchased from your account.

    You can also contact Support:

Click the link below for support
    https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    > Click Get Support
    > type "Install office" or choose the options shown to you
    > Scroll down and Click Contact Support
    > It will ask for more details (I am sure you can take it from there)

Hi Austin, If you have Microsoft 365 Personal/Family you can sign into your Office Account (created by Microsoft) here: https://account.microsoft.com/services you need to sign in with the same Microsoft Account that you used to purchase your Office from the Microsoft Store OR used with a Product Key purchased from a third party vendor.

If you have Office Home and Student/Business 2013/2016/2019/2021 same again you can reinstall your Office from here: you need to sign in with the same Microsoft Account that you used to purchase your Office from the Microsoft Store OR used with a Product Key purchased from a third party vendor.

NOTE: however with the perpetual versions of Office you cannot reinstall Office while it is still installed on another computer so you must contact Microsoft Support to 'deactivate' Office on the old computer.

    FYI: See below from Microsoft:

After you finish installing, you may be asked to activate Office over the phone.

"Telephone activation is no longer supported for your product" error when activating Office (microsoft.com)
