I use Windows 11 pro, and I have not tried anything except restart page as this is what I am being blamed for....
I believe this is a false report or I may have a glitch on my end.

I have joined the 1 million Sweepstakes last, I known and I have a suspension on Microsoft rewards for the following.
If there is a way to fix this or whatever this, is I want help.
I live in US and only use 1 account.https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/b71578c8-44e0-4c90-a4cf-13a0abe3f280?platform=QnA"https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/b71578c8-44e0-4c90-a4cf-13a0abe3f280?platform=QnA" title="filestore.community.support.microsoft.com" rel="ugc nofollow">![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/b71578c8-44e0-4c90-a4cf-13a0abe3f280?platform=QnA

    Hey Damien!

Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Microsoft Rewards.

Just a gentle reminder that we are only Microsoft users like you here in the community. We are not Microsoft employees, and we do not have the tools to check your account or access any Microsoft system.

Based on the screenshot you provided, according to Microsoft Rewards back on Jan 4th, 2025: https://x.com/RewardsSupport/status/18752453048...

"Earlier today, we encountered an issue that incorrectly suspended some Microsoft Rewards accounts. We've deployed a fix, and any affected accounts should be back online in the next several hours. Thank you for your understanding as we address this."

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

This issue may not have been fixed yet. I highly recommend reaching out directly to Microsoft Rewards Support for further assistance as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case:

Thank you for your kindness and understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
